Santa by the Sea: A Christmas Beach Photo Experience

Christmas photos don’t always have to mean snow, cosy fireplaces and matching jumpers. Here in Brisbane, we can celebrate the festive season a little differently… with Santa at the beach!

This year, I brought Santa to the sand for a fun and relaxed Christmas photo experience, with multiple families joining us throughout the day.

Each family had a 10-minute session, giving us just enough time to capture some fun Christmas memories without asking little ones to sit still for too long. Santa brought plenty of festive energy, while the beach gave us a beautiful Australian backdrop.

And of course, no visit to Santa would be complete without a little treat. 🎄 Each child received a candy cane after their session.

Christmas photos without the stress

One of the things I love about these shorter sessions is how simple they are. There’s no need for children to pose perfectly or smile on cue. We can let them interact with Santa, have a cuddle and simply enjoy the experience.

The result? Photos that feel like Christmas in Australia.
